Hello, I’m Doris Dunn, President & CEO of DunnWise Consulting. I help business owners and leaders get clear, get focused, and move forward with confidence. With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance and business leadership space, my work sits at the intersection of coaching, learning & development, and community leadership.
At DunnWise Consulting, I specialize in coaching executives and high-potential leaders who are ready for what’s next. My coaching philosophy centers on identifying untapped potential, fostering inspirational leadership, and strengthening the communication and listening skills that drive real results. I also provide leadership development through DiSC® assessments, team building, and strategic mastermind-style group sessions.
As a facilitator and keynote speaker, I lead engaging sessions on leadership, communication, and the art of listening—always with a focus on practical tools leaders can apply right away. I mentor individuals who are stepping into greater responsibility within their organizations, helping them build the clarity, confidence, and skills needed to succeed.
I’m also the co-host of the Leaderish Podcast, a weekly conversation about leadership, mindset, communication, and the real-life moments that shape how we show up at work and in life. Through real stories and practical insights, my co-host and I explore what it means to lead with clarity and intention.
Beyond my professional work, service is a core part of who I am. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Red Cross of Tennessee, am a member of the Red Cross Tiffany Circle, and organize quarterly neighborhood blood drives—efforts that reflect my deep commitment to giving back to the community.
