Hello, I'm Doris Dunn, Founder and Owner of DunnWise Business Consulting. I help leaders gain clarity, strengthen communication, and take meaningful action toward what matters most. With more than 35 years of experience in leadership, learning & development, and the insurance industry, my work sits at the intersection of coaching, facilitation, and leadership development.

 

At DunnWise, I work with executives, business owners, and emerging leaders who are ready for what's next. Through coaching, DiSC® assessments, workshops, and strategic planning sessions, I help individuals and teams improve communication, increase accountability, navigate change, and achieve meaningful business and personal goals.

 

As a facilitator and keynote speaker, I lead engaging sessions on leadership, communication, mindset, and the power of clarity. My approach combines practical tools, thoughtful questions, and real-world experience to help people move from ideas to action.

 

I am also the host of the DunnWise Perspectives podcast, where I share conversations about resilience, mindset shifts, leadership, and personal growth. Beyond my professional work, I remain active in community and professional leadership through the Red Cross, the CPCU Society, and Toastmasters International, where I have served in volunteer leadership roles for many years.
